WHAT IS F1, F2 ECT

What is a F1?An F1 hybrid (or filial 1 hybrid) is the first filial generation of offspring of distinctly different parental types. F1 hybrids are used in genetics, and in selective breeding, where it may appear as F1crossbreed. The term is sometimes written with a subscript, as F1 hybrid. for example if you took zkittles and crosses it with gmo then that would be a F1 hybrid. To bring it to f2, f3 ect then you would inbread the best male and female from the seeds created in your F1 cross

WHY SHOULDN'T YOU TOP OR OVER STRESS F1 THROUGH F3 SEEDS

It is important NOT to chop, top, LST or otherwise mutilate F1 plants.Any stress may result in the process of Rhodelization which may cause hermaphroditeism. F2 are a little more hardy and can handle more stress and same with F3 vs F1 or F2

GROWING F1S

Growing F1 genetics is much different than growing stabilized seeds. More care must be taken to avoid stress and potential hermaphroditism. Hermaphrodities are more likely to occur in a F1 that has been stressed. To avoid this we recommend a incrimental light schedule (See table below). This schedule more accurately mimicks the natural light cycle outside and greatly reduces light stress or shock. Our recommended light schedule is;
Veg -16 hours Light/8 hours darkFlower- Start at 14 hours light and 10 hours dark (plants will flower under 14/10)Then remove a half hour a week from your timer until your hit 12/12. Allow 2 weeks at 12/12 then finish at sub 12/12
